Complaints procedure
The complaint for the goods must include a description of the defect, order number, name of the ordering party, return address and telephone number for possible contact. The complaint will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the shipment. The seller informs the buyer about the receipt of the goods for complaint and the deadline for resolution by e-mail. In the event of a justified complaint, the goods will be repaired or replaced. Such goods will be sent at the seller"s expense. If repair or replacement is not possible, the funds will be returned. The seller will inform the buyer about the method of handling the complaint by e-mail. Important notice: Please note that shipments may not be sent for complaint on delivery under any circumstances. In such cases, it will be returned to the sender. The trader is obliged to refund the costs of delivering the goods only in the amount corresponding to the cheapest method of delivery offered.
