Returning goods

You can return the goods you purchased from our e-shop within 14 days of receiving the goods. For example, if one package contains 5 balls, the entire package must be returned, not just 3 balls!!
Send the shipment to Daniel Novák, Aleje 471/107, Ostrava-Hošťálkovice, 72528, Czech republic. The shipment must be delivered to the address, not as a parcel to the post office, parcel to a parcel shop, etc.
Add your identification details and order number on paper to the shipment.
